Refund & Cancellation Policy

1:1 Consultation Sessions

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled time.

Refunds: If canceled more than 24 hours in advance, you may receive a full refund or choose to reschedule at no extra cost.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, but you may be offered one-time rescheduling depending on availability.
No-Shows: Missed appointments without prior communication are non-refundable and may require full payment to rebook.

Custom Resource Toolkit

Because toolkits are custom-made digital products, they are non-refundable once work has begun or the product has been delivered. If you are unsatisfied or believe there was an error, please reach out within 7 days of delivery — we’ll do our best to make it right.

Workshops & Speaking Engagements

Workshops require a signed agreement and a 50% deposit to secure the date.

Deposits are non-refundable, but the remaining balance may be refunded if cancellation occurs at least 7 days in advance.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event may result in partial or no refunds, depending on preparation time, travel arrangements, and materials created.
